You’ve done the surviving. You’ve carried the weight of trauma, shame, and systems not built for you. And somewhere beneath the layers of protection and pain, there is a radiant, powerful Self waiting to be unearthed.
The Reverie Practice is a trauma-informed, spiritually-rooted group experience for adult fems and thems who are ready to heal your inner landscape shaped by oppression, reconnect with your sacred Self, and embody your unique magic in the world.
Over eight weeks, we’ll gather in community to:
Tend to the parts of you still shaped by survival
Unlearn internalized messages from oppressive systems
Reconnect with joy, reverence, and purpose
Explore your spiritual gifts and personal magic
Anchor into service and aligned action
Be witnessed and celebrated for who you are becoming
We use a gentle blend of parts work, somatic presence, liberatory healing, and sacred self-inquiry—guided by the Reverie Method, a practice of coming home to your truest Self through collective care and spiritual alignment.
