Individual
THERAPY in Denver, CO
Come home to your Self.
Therapy at Reverie is more than a space to talk—it’s a sacred container for transformation. Here, we don’t pathologize your pain; we honor it. We don’t rush your process; we trust it. You are not broken—you’re becoming.
Whether you’re moving through trauma, disordered eating, body-based oppression, identity exploration, or simply feeling the ache of disconnection, you’re welcome here. As a dedicated space for the queer community (and beyond!) in Denver, Colorado, we celebrate all of you.
We work through Reverie’s three-phase model: Soul Healing, Self Attunement, and Aligned Action—a nonlinear, intuitive arc that honors the full complexity of your journey and centers your sovereignty.
-

Soul Healing
Where we begin—with the pain, the shadow, the unraveling.
This is the descent—the sacred and necessary turning inward. In this phase, we meet your pain with reverence, not resistance. We honor the trauma you’ve survived, whether you are navigating systemic oppression, religious trauma, or complex PTSD, and the ways your body and spirit have protected you. This is the realm of the dark night of the soul, where grief, rage, fear, and tenderness are all welcome.
We draw from EMDR, somatic practices, and relational depth work to help you release what no longer belongs to you and reconnect with what always has.
-

Self Attunement
You learn to listen inward—to soften, to nourish, to remember.
This is the space where we cultivate your relationship to your Self. We invite practices of interdependence and spaciousness—where you are both held and free. We make space for joy, spiritual connection, and creative ritual: artist dates, nature, movement, rest. This phase is about building internal trust and honoring your rhythms, boundaries, and needs.
We believe that attunement isn’t passive—it’s radical. To know yourself deeply is to reclaim your sovereignty.
-

Aligned Action
From rooted knowing, aligned movement is born.
Once you’ve reclaimed your voice and reconnected to your truth, you begin to ask:
What wants to be created through me? What are my gifts? This is the phase of embodiment—where your healing becomes movement, choice, creation. You begin to take action that feels aligned with your soul’s knowing—not what the world expects, but what’s real for you.
Together, we explore how to live in your magic. To share your gifts. To be of service in ways that nourish you and ripple outward. Whether you are finding your voice right here in Colorado or expanding your impact beyond, you step more fully into your own liberation—and into a deep reverence for the collective.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what’s yours to do.
This is how we transform. This is how we become.
You’re not here to fit a mold.
You’re here to
remember your
magic.
